Primary responsibility will be to prepare and cook food Help prepare patient and café tray line Assures customer satisfaction Set-up, maintain, breakdown and clean up all areas Maintains a clean and sanitized work area including kitchen, café and dining Deliver patient meals and collect empty trays Unload delivery trucks Stock and rotate supplies and work in dish room Monitor all food temperatures to ensure they are in the correct range and replace as needed Monitors and cleans food service equipment Duties may also include cash register work Set-up and serve catered events as required Physical Demands: Prolonged, extensive, or considerable standing/walking Lifts supplies/equipment overhead Considerable reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, pushing, and pulling of heavy equipment Shift: Full-time 40 hours/week Hours may vary Every Other Weekend
