The Dietary Tech will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the kitchen. This includes adhering to sanitation and food safety guidelines as per ServSafe Food Handler Certification. The role requires effective communication skills and collaboration with food vendors, coworkers, and clients served over the telephone and email. Responsibilities also include preparing a light breakfast for clients, setting up the prepared and delivered meals for lunch, and occasionally preparing light refreshments for celebrations with the clients. Additionally, the Dietary Tech will be responsible for keeping the kitchen clean on a daily basis and maintaining a regular cleaning schedule for deep cleaning.
