The Dietary Supervisor plans, organizes, and manages the daily activities of Coordinators, Food ambassadors, cafeteria, and coffee shop staff in the delivery of services to the patient and customers.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 120 hours of dietary manager's program or Associate's Degree in Food Services Management, Culinary Science or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Plan and organize daily activities of dietary staff
  • Manage the delivery of services to patients and customers
  • Oversee cafeteria and coffee shop operations
  • Ensure compliance with dietary regulations and standards
  • Train and supervise dietary staff
