Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior Supervisor experience.
- Nursing Home, Hospital, or Healthcare experience REQUIRED!
Responsibilities
- Overall supervision of the kitchen during scheduled shift.
- Properly opens or closes the department as required.
- Ensures proper sanitation of the kitchen and equipment incompliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Ensured meal service times are on schedule.
- Performs other job-related duties.
