Clarion Psychiatric Center offers inpatient treatment for adults with moderate to severe psychiatric problems, inpatient crisis stabilization for children and adolescents, and a Partial Hospitalization Program for school-aged children. Our recently expanded 112-bed inpatient program has 4 units. Requirements

• Education in Dietary, Culinary or Hospitality is preferred
• Hands on culinary skills, working with budgets, computer skills
• Supervisory skills
• Minimum five years' experience in food service required, with at least 2 years kitchen management experience
• Food production, preparation, nutritional values
• Firsthand culinary skills
• Administrative functions of a Dietary department
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and be able to walk and stand for long periods
• Able to participate in crisis prevention intervention
• Drug/Alcohol free as evidenced by negative results of post offer, pre-employment urine drug screen
