Requirements
- High school diploma, Associates degree preferred
- Minimum three years experience in healthcare or long term care, two years as a supervisor preferred
- 120 hour certification class in food service management

Responsibilities
- Oversee production, receiving, and storage activities to ensure efficient, sanitary and high quality food service, in compliance with Kashruth law.
