Requirements

Proven experience in dietary services, nutrition, or food service management
Knowledge of dietary restrictions, nutritional standards, and food safety protocols
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in nutrition or dietetics is a plus

Nice To Haves

Certification in food safety or nutrition (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and oversee the delivery of meals in accordance with dietary guidelines and individual patient needs
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized nutrition plans
Monitor food quality, safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas
Maintain accurate records of dietary orders, meal preferences, and nutritional assessments
Educate patients and staff on dietary restrictions, nutritional information, and healthy eating habits
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations related to food service
Manage inventory, order supplies, and oversee food storage procedures
