Requirements
- Previous food service experience or classes as well as some knowledge of therapeutic diets, food safety, and sanitation preferred
- Must have the ability to plan and organize work effectively
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, serving, and clean up of meals
- Properly wash and sanitize all dishes, assist in tray assembly, and delivers food carts to dining rooms
- Responsible for a variety of prep work and assisting Cook/Cook's Helper for the duration of a shift
- Properly disposes of refuse, cleans and sanitizes dining rooms, dish room, and kitchen
