About The Position

Our skilled nursing facility is seeking a full-time Certified Dietary Manager. Responsibilities direct, coordinate & motivate the team in delivering nourishing healthy cuisine integrate essential nutritional support with supervisory responsibilities maintain adherence to state and federal regulations, including the facility's internal policies and procedures

Requirements

• targeted training in food & beverage management / nutrition
• certification in dietary management
• possess outstanding communication abilities
