  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 6 months vocational training in cooking techniques and methods.
  • Safe Serve Certification or completion within the first 6 months of employment.
  • 1 year experience as a cook to be familiar with production cooking techniques and standard recipes.
  • Skill in oral communication.
  • Skill in data analysis and interpretation relating to recipes and cooking instructions.
