Requirements

• Ability to follow menus and recipes to consistently produce high-quality meals
• Ensures meals are prepared and served on time
• Adapts easily to changing tasks and kitchen needs
• Works well in a team and can step into a leadership role when needed

Responsibilities

• Cook all menu items according to standardized recipes in a safe and sanitary manner
• Suggest creative ways to utilize leftovers and manage overstock efficiently
• Accurately prepare, portion, and serve meals based on recipes and dietary plans
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and work areas according to health standards
• Safely lift, bend, and twist as needed during food preparation
