About The Position

The Cook prepares food items for consumption. Prepares food using a variety of kitchen appliances and utensils. Responsible for food preparation and food service planning and purchasing. Ensures proper production, accounting and that sanitation and safety requirements are met. Follows all guidelines as directed for the Food & Nutrition Services Department.
