About The Position

Requirements
- Previous experience in a healthcare or institutional kitchen preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Ability to follow recipes and dietary instructions accurately.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain).
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and dietary guidelines.
- Ensure food is served at proper temperatures and presented attractively.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and food service areas.
- Collaborate with dietary staff and Registered Dietitians to accommodate special diets.
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
