Requirements
- Previous cooking experience preferred—healthcare or long‑term care experience a plus
- Knowledge of safe food handling and kitchen sanitation
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining quality
- Strong teamwork, reliability, and communication skills
- Genuine desire to support and serve our residents

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to the daily menu and dietary requirements
- Follow standardized recipes and portion control guidelines
- Ensure food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are consistently met
- Work collaboratively with dietary aides and other kitchen staff
- Assist with inventory, food prep, and kitchen organization
- Provide excellent service to residents and contribute to a positive dining experience
