Crossview Care Center is hiring a DIETARY COOK to work both short term rehabilitation and long-term care. Position Summary: Under the direction of the Dietary Manager, the Dietary Cook will p repare and/or pre-proportion food for regular and therapeutic diets according to the planned menu. The Dietary Cook will ensure residents receive their specific meals as prescribed by the physician and follows proper food handling and safety techniques according to established policies and procedures and maintains proper infections control procedures.
