About The Position

City View Post Acute is looking for a full-time Dietary Cook to join our team. This position is scheduled for AM shifts from 4:30 AM to 1 PM and offers competitive compensation starting at $20 per hour. Requirements

  • Experience cooking in a skilled nursing facility (SNF), restaurant, or hotel is required.
  • Ability to read and follow specific recipes without supervision.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to respond to questions from managers and employees.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare meals by weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients.
  • Cook meals according to specific recipes and dietary restrictions.
  • Check ingredients for freshness and quality.
  • Arrange and garnish dishes for presentation.
  • Ensure that the kitchen and all equipment are properly cleaned and maintained.
