Jurupa Hills Post-Acute is seeking a dedicated Dietary Cook to join our culinary team and help provide nutritious, well-prepared meals to our residents. Requirements

• Previous cooking experience in a healthcare setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare large quantities of nutritious and appealing meals
• Follow established menus, recipes, and portion guidelines
• Prepare special diets and pureed meals according to resident needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment
• Record food temperatures and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Present meals in an appetizing and professional manner
• Assist with training new dietary staff
• Provide leadership support in the absence of the Dietary Supervisor
