Requirements

• Must have a High School Diploma

Nice To Haves

• 5 years exp in a commercial setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensures meals are ready at a specified time.
• Follows types and quantities of meats, vegetables and soups prepared by reviewing planned menus.
• Ability to follow therapeutic diet menus, recipes and instruct cooks helpers on the same.
• Monitor and adjust heat controls, as necessary. Able to re-calibrate thermometers as needed.
• Ensure kitchen and dining room area is clean and sanitized.
