Responsibilities

• Provides assistance in all dietary functions as directed/instructed and in accordance with established dietary policies and procedures.
• Assists manager in planning food in accordance with residents' dietary needs.
• Communicates nutritional care data through written records system.
• Assists in the preparation and serving of meals and snacks and checking trays for menu and diet accuracy.
