We are comprised of a skilled and caring staff which provides seniors with Nursing Services, Therapeutic Recreation, Spiritual Services, and Social Services, aimed at caring for the whole individual.
Requirements
- Very strong communication skills to listen to needs and communicate information precisely across departments
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Basic computer skills (email, internet)
- Able to meet deadlines and work well in a fast-paced work environment
- Patient, customer-service oriented approach to older adults
Responsibilities
- Obtains menu selections, preferences and allergies/intolerances from patients of all age groups.
- Ensures menus are accurate according to prescribed dietary order utilizing appropriate information systems and by communicating with dietitians, food service associates, cooks, nursing staff and management regarding patient/resident care.
