About The Position

The Richland Hospital currently has a part-time position open in our Dietary Department as a Dietary Assistant 2. This position has a variable schedule, including weekends as needed and or 3rd weekend rotation. The Dietary Assistant 2 works in a variety of positions; Cafeteria, Coffee Shop, Coffee Shop helper, A.M P.M. Tray, Cook, Dishwasher, and Diet Clerk.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or the equivalent.
• Prior dietary experience in a healthcare setting beneficial.
• Excellent Customer Service Skills.
• Ability to manage time and multi-task.
• Must be detail oriented and organized.
• Cash handling skills, the ability to operate a cash register and make change.

Responsibilities

• Work in various positions including Cafeteria, Coffee Shop, Coffee Shop helper, A.M P.M. Tray, Cook, Dishwasher, and Diet Clerk.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Manage time effectively and multi-task.
• Handle cash and operate a cash register.
