Sevita’s Adult Day Health Facility is seeking a talented and dedicated Dietary and Food Aide to join our team in Dorchester. We’re looking for an individual with experience in the food service industry who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes pride in assisting with creating delicious, nutritious meals, and providing meal service for the individuals we serve. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Working knowledge of health and safety standards and kitchen best practices.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and collaborative.

Nice To Haves

• Preferred related experience in food service or culinary work.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation, inventory, and meal servce.
• Maintain high standards for food preparation, presentation, and portion control.
• Monitor and minimize food waste.
• Ensure kitchen sanitation and safety standards comply with local regulations and company policies.
