Responsibilities

• Set up meal trays and food carts for the dining room.
• Deliver food carts and trays to designated areas.
• Assist in cooking, preparing, and handing out meals.
• Prepare and deliver snacks as instructed.
• Contribute to food preparation for special meals and parties.
• Obtain food supplies for the next meal.
• Clean work tables, meat blocks, and refrigerators/freezers.
• Assist in inventorying and storing incoming food and supplies as necessary.
• Ensure all food procedures are followed in accordance with established policies.
• Wash and clean utensils and dishes.
• Sweep and mop floors as directed.
• Keep work areas clean, dry, and free of hazardous equipment, supplies, and garbage.
