About The Position
Join our supportive team and help prepare nutritious meals for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, brain injuries, and medical needs. This role focuses on meal prep, kitchen organization, cleanliness, and maintaining a safe food service environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Reliable and compassionate with strong attention to detail
- Able to pass background checks
Nice To Haves
- Basic knowledge of food safety or nutrition helpful (will train!)
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve meals following dietary guidelines
- Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and equipment
- Monitor and stock food and supplies
- Follow safety procedures and report concerns
- Support the rights and dignity of individuals we serve
