Requirements

  • Previous dietary or food service experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Reliable attendance and positive attitude
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare or long-term care is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist with meal preparation and tray assembly for residents
  • Deliver and collect meal trays from resident rooms
  • Serve meals in the dining room and assist residents as needed
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, serving areas, and dining room
  • Assist with stocking food and supplies
  • Work collaboratively with the dietary team and nursing staff
