Dublin Post Acute is seeking a reliable and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our residents by helping provide nutritious meals and maintaining a clean, safe dining environment. Requirements
- Previous dietary or food service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable attendance and positive attitude
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Nice To Haves
- Experience in healthcare or long-term care is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist with meal preparation and tray assembly for residents
- Deliver and collect meal trays from resident rooms
- Serve meals in the dining room and assist residents as needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, serving areas, and dining room
- Assist with stocking food and supplies
- Work collaboratively with the dietary team and nursing staff
