Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Successful completion of prescreening hiring requirements
- Ability to lift/move 25 lbs frequently and up to 60 lbs occasionally
- Attention to detail and strong hygiene practices
Nice To Haves
- Previous food service or dietary aide experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve meals to residents in accordance with food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with food preparation, plating, the tray line system (food service assembly line) and timely meal delivery
- Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and food prep areas
- Operate commercial dishwasher and cleaning equipment
- Unpack and organize food deliveries and supplies
- Occasionally assist with deep cleaning of kitchen equipment (e.g., ovens, grills)
