About The Position
Sunnyvale Gardens Post Acute is seeking a Dietary Aide to join our team on a part-time basis. This role supports the dietary department in providing nutritious, high-quality meals to our residents while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment. Ideal candidates are dependable, team-oriented, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends. PACS is revolutionizing the delivery and leadership of post-acute healthcare and support services across the country. Requirements
- Previous dietary or food service experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety standards
- Reliable attendance and flexible availability
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift as required during shift
Responsibilities
- Assist with meal preparation, tray assembly, and meal service
- Deliver meals to residents in a timely and courteous manner
- Follow dietary restrictions and special diet requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, dining, and service areas
- Assist with dishwashing and proper storage of food and supplies
- Comply with food safety, infection control, and facility policies
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and staff
