About The Position

Works under the supervision of the Supervisors, Manager and/or Director. Performs duties related to therapeutic diets and meal services to include, but not limited to proper portioning and delivery of food items to meet the therapeutic nutritional guidelines, completion of production sheets, cafeteria service and cleaning of their designated work station. In addition, this position must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide age-appropriate meals and nourishments as described according to the departmental policy and procedure. Promotes and maintains safe work environment for staff as well as our customers, incorporating national patient safety initiatives Licensure, Certification, or Registration Requirements for Hire: N/A Licensure, Certification, or Registration Requirements for continued employment: N/A Experience REQUIRED: Previous food service experience, preferably in a healthcare facility. Requirements
