We are looking for a reliable, kind, and team-oriented Dietary Aide to join our dining services team. If you enjoy working with seniors, staying active during your shift, and being part of a supportive workplace culture, we would love to meet you. 🍽️ What You’ll Do As a Dietary Aide, you help create a positive dining experience for our residents by assisting with meal service and kitchen operations.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Compassion for seniors and older adults
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs during shift
Nice To Haves
- Previous food service experience preferred but not required — we will train the right person!
Responsibilities
- Prepare dining room for meals and special events
- Serve meals to residents in a friendly and respectful manner
- Assist residents as needed during meal service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Follow food safety and infection control standards
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and care staff
- Support a welcoming and comfortable dining atmosphere
