About The Position
We are looking for an experienced and motivated dietary aide to join our growing team in Williamsville, NY. About us: Canterbury Woods is a continuing care retirement community unlike any you’ve ever seen. Dietary aide position details: We are hiring for Full Time (5 days/week) positions. The Full Time schedule includes both 6:30am - 2:30pm and 11:30am - 7:30pm shifts. Please note that Full Time positions are eligible for a recruitment and retention bonus of $2,000.
Requirements
- No prior experience required! On-the-job training will be provided.
- Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with staff, residents, family members, and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests.
- Read meal tickets and serve guests accordingly.
- Set up meal trays, food carts, dining room, etc., as instructed.
- Assist in checking diet trays before distribution.
- Work well under general supervision in a fast-paced environment.
