Requirements
- Able to read, write and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job
- Able to relate positively to residents, families, guests and other personnel
- Able to maintain reliable attendance on a designated schedule
- -Able to pass a background check.
- MUST BE ABLE TO OBTAIN A FOOD HANDLERS PERMIT.
Responsibilities
- Take resident orders and serve food accordingly
- Bus tables in accordance with company policies
- Maintain cleanliness of floors and equipment and dining room
- Assist with preparation of meals as needed
- Assist in food prep
- Pay attention to presentation, taste and attitude during mealtimes
- Attend any in-service training as required
- Ensure compliance and understanding of residents’ rights
- Other duties as assigned
