Eastcastle Place is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to transform the dining experience in a vibrant healthcare setting. This role is an opportunity to join a team committed to enhancing the lives of residents by elevating the standard of care and hospitality. As a Dietary Aide, you will be responsible for assisting in meal service and maintaining hospitality standards within the four Nursing dining areas: Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long Term Care, and Skilled Rehab. Daily tasks include helping residents with menu selections, tray assembly, timely meal delivery, serving meals, and managing special requests. You will work collaboratively to ensure high service standards, contribute to the training of other aides, and embody the organization’s values. This position is part of the Hospitality department, working alongside Dietary Aides, Cooks, CNAs, Nurses, and Stewards, and reports to the Certified Dietary Manager and Director of Hospitality.
