About The Position

As a Dietary Aide, you play an important role in caring for our patients. For most, a meal is more than just food. It’s a moment of comfort and connection during a challenging time. Your kindness and attention help bring smiles and strength, making a real difference every day. You will: Serve meals with care and encouragement Clear and clean tables, creating a welcoming and comfortable dining space Assist with dishwashing and support the kitchen team to keep everything running smoothly Work closely with your team to ensure every patient receives the right meal, on time, with a friendly touch

Requirements

  • ServSafe Food Handler Certificate (preferred)
  • Some prior food service experience – specifically in a medical facility or commercial/central kitchen (preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of computer-based documentation systems
  • High school diploma or GED (preferred)
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Ability to regularly push, pull, move and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds, and pass a pre-employment physical and background check
