About The Position
We are seeking friendly, compassionate team players to join our culinary team at Meadowview Regional Medical Center. As a Dietary Aide, you will assist patients with menu selection and deliver their meals in a timely fashion, providing excellent customer service to ensure patient satisfaction. Part-time positions are available with morning, day, and evening shifts.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must practice good personal hygiene and be neatly groomed in a uniform
- Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment
- Applicants must pass a background check, drug screen, and provide proof of employment eligibility in the U.S.
- Many healthcare facilities require employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have an approved exemption in place

- Culinary experience (cook, commercial kitchen, fast food, hotel operations, healthcare)
Responsibilities
- Ensure each patient receives an accurate meal that matches their order and diet requirements
- Provide excellent customer service for all patients
- Deliver and collect patient menus in a timely manner
- Prepare cold/hot items and condiments for meal times
- Adhere to the facility’s health and safety policies and procedures
- Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently
