NATURE OF WORK: To assist the Kitchen Manager organize and oversee the kitchen operations of the Valley Treatment Center which includes delivering meals, dishwashing, putting away all clean dishes, pots and pans, and utensils, stocking and cleaning the kitchen and work areas. This is not a direct client-care position. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Dishwashing and putting away all clean dishes, pots and pans, and utensils. Assisting the cook with tray line and delivery of trays to residential dining areas. Keep Kitchen and work area clean, organized, and running efficiently. Stocking and cleaning refrigerators in all dining areas. Portioning deserts for mealtimes and snacks for dining area refrigerators. Follow all agency as well as VTC Kitchen policies and procedures. Current CPR/First Aid Certificate or ability to be trained OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.
