On our team you’ll be part of a remarkable organization dedicated serving our community when they need us most. We are currently looking for a Dietary Aide to join our team and help create a dining experience that nurtures both body and soul. As a Dietary Aide, you'll be responsible for assisting in meal service and maintaining hospitality standards within the Nursing dining areas. We have 4 nursing dining areas: Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long Term Care, and Skilled Rehab. Your day to day responsibilities will include tasks like helping residents with menu selections, tray assembly, timely meal delivery, serving meals, and managing special requests. You’ll work as part of a team to ensure high service standards, contribute to the training of other aides, and model the organization’s values. As a member of the Hospitality department, you will work with Dietary Aides, Cooks, CNAs, Nurses, and Stewards, and report to our Certified Dietary Manager and Director of Hospitality.
