Requirements
- Previous food service experience preferred (healthcare a plus!)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Compassion for working with elderly and vulnerable populations
- Willingness to learn and follow procedures
Responsibilities
- Assist in meal preparation and food service
- Serve meals to residents in a friendly and respectful manner
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas
- Follow dietary guidelines and safety standards
- Support the dietary team with daily operations
