About The Position
Northshore Heights is seeking a compassionate and reliable Dietary Aide to join our Assisted Living community. The Dietary Aide helps prepare and serve meals, ensures residents have a pleasant dining experience, and maintains a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Requirements
- Ability to follow directions and work well on a team
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Compassionate attitude toward seniors
Nice To Haves
- Prior food service experience preferred, not required
Responsibilities
- Assist with meal preparation and service
- Serve meals to residents in the dining room
- Maintain cleanliness of dining and kitchen areas
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Provide respectful and courteous service to residents
