RESPONSIBLE TO: Dietary Manager RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible to cook in providing assistance in preparation of all meal service. QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to follow oral and written directions. Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, and hygienic methods. OTHER FUNCTIONS: 1. Perform other duties as assigned. WORK SCHEDULE: As assigned including some weekends and holidays.
