About The Position

Methodist Hospital is seeking a Union Dietary Aide to join their team. This role involves performing a variety of patient food service, cafeteria food service, and dish room duties, as well as catered tasks and other related responsibilities. The Dietary Aide is expected to provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Must be able to communicate effective via the written and spoken word
• Must be able to perform simple cash transactions
• Demonstrates knowledge of age-related growth and development principles necessary to provide appropriate service and assure safety of patients

Nice To Haves

• High school education or equivalent preferred
• Food service experience preferred
• Servsafe certification a plus (which will be offered after the employee is hired)
