About The Position
Dublin Post Acute is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center committed to providing high-quality care and exceptional service to our residents. We are currently seeking a dependable and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team. The Dietary Aide assists in food preparation, tray service, dishwashing, and maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment. This role is essential in helping provide a positive dining experience for our residents. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior dietary or food service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Must pass background screening and meet health requirements
Responsibilities
- Assist with meal preparation and portioning
- Deliver resident meal trays in a timely and courteous manner
- Follow therapeutic diet guidelines as directed
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Assist with stocking and organizing food and supplies
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff
