About The Position

Dublin Post Acute is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center committed to providing high-quality care and exceptional service to our residents. We are currently seeking a dependable and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team. The Dietary Aide assists in food preparation, tray service, dishwashing, and maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment. This role is essential in helping provide a positive dining experience for our residents. PACS is revolutionizing the delivery and leadership of post-acute healthcare and support services across the country. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior dietary or food service experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be dependable and punctual
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Must pass background screening and meet health requirements

Responsibilities

  • Assist with meal preparation and portioning
  • Deliver resident meal trays in a timely and courteous manner
  • Follow therapeutic diet guidelines as directed
  • Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • Assist with stocking and organizing food and supplies
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff
