Summary The wait staff serves the residents dining room services, room service, and Peachtree events Essential Duties and Responsibilities Teamwork with the following and all other duties and responsibilities assigned. Set tables with the proper china and flatware prior to the entry of residents. Participate in minimal food preparation. (Salad, Dessert, Soup, and Beverages) Basic cleaning of the dining room. Setup and prepare buffet line for residents. Serve residents promptly and appropriately. Clear dishes following meals in preparation for the Dishwasher. Other Responsibilities 1. Collect and appropriately launder tablecloths and napkins 2. Following meals, appropriately date and place foods in the correct storage space. 3. Break stock down upon arrival and place it in the proper area
