Meal Service: Assist in the preparation and serving of meals and snacks according to standardized recipes and menus. Quality Control: Check trays for menu accuracy and resident diet preferences. Specialized Prep: Prepare food to achieve the proper consistency for mechanical soft and pureed diets. Sanitation: Wash dishes and clean the kitchen following meal service; ensure all dishes are put away properly. Safety First: Provide all dietary services using proper infection control and safety measures. Qualifications: Team Player: Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
