Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and serving of meals and snacks according to the menu and standardized recipes.
  • Check trays for menu accuracy, diet preferences, and nutritional needs.
  • Prepare food in accordance with standard recipes to ensure proper consistency for mechanical soft and pureed diets.
  • Wash dishes and clean the kitchen area following meal service, ensuring all items are put away properly.
  • Provide all dietary services safely and adhere to proper infection control measures.
