We are currently seeking a Per Diem Dietary Aide to join our team. The Dietary Aide prepares food and dessert items and serves meals to patients, staff, and visitors in a courteous manner with consideration to dietary needs. The Dietary Aide maintains assigned areas in a clean, orderly and attractive condition providing a suitable environment for patients and staff in accordance with established policies and procedures and in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Fairmount Behavioral Health System. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prefer food service experience preferably in a hospital, health care or hospitality setting.
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Prefer knowledge of basic math, equipment usage, cleaning products, safety, and infection control practices.
Responsibilities
- The Dietary Aide prepares food and dessert items and serves meals to patients, staff, and visitors in a courteous manner with consideration to dietary needs.
- The Dietary Aide maintains assigned areas in a clean, orderly and attractive condition providing a suitable environment for patients and staff in accordance with established policies and procedures and in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Fairmount Behavioral Health System.
