About The Position

This position assists in the kitchen area prior to, and after meals are served to patients. Assists with serving Cafeteria customers consisting of visitors and employees. Assist in maintaining kitchen work areas, and keeping equipment, utensils and food plates/containers clean and orderly. Washing dishes, sweeping, mopping, general cleaning. Assures personal compliance to all state and federal regulations including pathogens, infection control, use of hazardous materials and fire safety. Must accurately follow prescribed diets and all local, federal and ACHC regulations.

Requirements

  • Food Handlers Permit Required

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
  • Prior Food Service experience (preferred)
