The Dietary Aide is to assist the Cook in the preparation and service of meals. Both positions will come in and help dinner snacks, and desserts if needed, and dinner set up. You will help the cook serve on tray line service. After tray line you will help clean up, sweep, mop, wash mats, general closing. The other evening aides leave at 8:30PM you will finish dishes, take out trash, finish closing. This is a union facility.
