DIETARY AIDE JOB SUMMARY The dietary aide will assist the dietary manager is food preparation for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They will help make sure that the residents are getting the food that is correct to their diet.
Requirements
- Previous food service experience preferred.
- Must be able to evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Prepare meals following specific procedures.
- Ensure food safety procedures are followed, including hygiene procedures.
- Take inventory of kitchen supplies and food items.
- Stay current on individual procedures and protocols for the facility, including state-specified rules and regulations.
- Assist with cleaning the kitchen, including kitchen supplies and plates, forks, etc.
