About The Position

Dietary Aide & Kitchen Staff (Part-Time) Pacific Coast Post-Acute – Salinas, CA $17.73 an hour | Part-time (20 hours/week) Become a key part of our Culinary team! Ability to learn food service routines quickly.
Strong cooperation and communication skills.
Reliable attendance for a 20-hour weekly schedule.

Responsibilities

Meal Service: Set up meal trays and assist with serving residents.
Kitchen Care: Operate the dishwasher, strip returned trays, and clean work surfaces/refrigerators.
Safety & Sanitation: Monitor dishwasher temperatures/chemicals and keep floors swept and mopped.
Support: Prepare snacks, put away groceries, and handle trash removal.
Teamwork: Work in harmony with the Cook, Dietary Supervisor, and other departments.
