Dietary Aide Full Time Day Shift

About The Position
Sheboygan Senior Community is currently seeking dedicated and dependable Dietary Aides to join our team. In this role, you will help create a welcoming dining experience for our residents by preparing dining areas, assisting with meal service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in both dining and kitchen spaces. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee
- Set dining room tables for breakfast and lunch service
- Serve meals to residents in a courteous and timely manner
- Prepare made-to-order breakfast items, including:
- Eggs (scrambled, fried, over easy, over medium)
- Toast and pancakes
- Breakfast meats
- Hot and cold cereals
- Serve additional menu items prepared by the main kitchen
- Assist with lunch service, including plating and serving cold items such as salads, fruit, and desserts
- Maintain cleanliness of dining and kitchen areas by
- Washing dishes and utensils
- Sweeping floors
- Cleaning assigned dining spaces using proper sanitation procedures
- Restock supplies for evening meals and the following day
